The stunning village of Portaria is one of the most beautiful and popular in all of the Pelion region of Central Greece.
Visitors come to Portaria all year round to admire it’s natural beauty, and to escape from the everyday pressures of city life.
Portaria is full of green trees and nature, traditional mansions, natural spring fountains and many cobble-stoned paths.
One of those paths directly passes the “Komboloi Museum” in Portaria, and it is here where we are located. Our building was previously the “Old Portaria Bakery”.
At the “Komboloi Museum” in Portaria, we have on offer a wide selection of komboloi (or worry-beads as they are also referred to).
We operate in co-opertaion with the Komboloi Museum in Nafplion, from where all of our komboloi are expertly made, using the traditions and expertise passed down through generations.
