If you can’t travel to Greece, Greece will come to you… at least for four days, May 15, 16, 17, and 18, at the annual Upper Darby Greek Festival.

Come out and enjoy the best in Greek gourmet foods, dance to live music and watch the colorful dance groups perform in their authentic costumes. You can believe it. The Upper Darby Greek Festival does indeed capture the richness of the Greek culture in a family environment.

Everyone is invited to attend the free, annual Greek Festival, sponsored by the Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Community, located at Powell Lane and Marshall Road in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, USA.

Taste the best in Greek food such as souvlaki, gyro, shiskabob, mousaka, pastitsio, pita, and many more. There will also be the mouth-watering Greek pastries such as baklava and kataifi. Also there are amusements for the young and the “young at heart”, arts and crafts, exquisite handmade jewelry lines, varied clothing and other Greek imports.

The times for the four day festival are >
Thursday May 15th from 5:00pm to 10:00pm
Friday May 16th from 5:00pm to 12 midnight
Saturday May 17th from 11:00am to 12 midnight
Sunday May 18th from 12 noon to 9:00pm

So come out and share the warmth and hospitality of Greeks everywhere. Head for the Upper Darby Greek Festival on May 15, 16, 17 and 18 to hear the live Bouzouki music, taste stuffed grape leaves, eat some sweets and most importantly have some fun!
